Just an Update this home is coming along beautifully! After installing all new mechanicals, and replacing nearly everything inside including all new plumbing and electrical to new staircases, floors, walls, rooms, roofs (and decking, soffit and fascia), drains and vents, we are now finishing up the drywall and preparing for finishes.
This was a four-plex when we aquired it. The property has since been converted to a duplex with five bedrooms in each unit and two and three bathrooms each unit for a total of 10 bedrooms and 5 baths at just over 6,000 square feet.
